| LaRRI's Education Programmes |
| LaRRI offers a range of short - to medium - term courses for trade union leaders, organisers and shopstewards in Namibia and the SADC region. These include: |
- labour economics and globalisation
- export processing zones (EPZs)
- structural adjustment programmes (SAPs)
- collective bargaining
- affirmative action
- gender issues in trade unions
- labour law.

In addition, LaRRI offers a labour diploma course which is run in co-operation with the Workers College and the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. |
LaRRI also participates in the activities of the APADEP education network, which designs and implements worker education programmes across the continent. |
